Full PL debuts handed out as Hammers and United go toe-to-toe

Nikola Vlasic and Kurt Zouma are both starting for West Ham against Manchester United.

David Moyes has named a strong side, as expected, with the summer signings Zouma and Vlasic both in the side.

Vlasic had made his debut against Southampton last week, coming off the bench, and also played against Dinamo Zagreb in the Europa League.

But against United, he will make his first league start, with Mikey Antonio suspended after being sent off against the Saints.

Zouma, by comparison, played the full 90 minutes in Europe on Thursday.

And he will be tasked with keeping Cristiano Ronaldo quiet on Sunday as the Irons look to continue their unbeaten start to the campaign.

Elsewhere, the team is perhaps as we would expect; Lukasz Fabianski plays in goal, with the defence made up of Vlad Coufal, Zouma, Angelo Ogbonna and Aaron Cresswell; in midfield, Declan Rice captains the side and partners Tomas Soucek; Pablo Fornals, Said Benrahma and Jarrod Bowen will provide support for Vlasic.

It remains to be seen if Vlasic or Bowen will play up front but they could well interchange throughout the game.

Full West Ham XI: Fabianski; Coufal, Zouma, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Rice, Soucek; Fornals, Benrahma, Bowen; Vlasic. Subs: Areola, Fredericks, Dawson, Diop, Masuaku, Kral, Noble, Lanzini, Yarmolenko.

Full Man Utd XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Varane, Maguire, Shaw; Fred, McTominay; Fernandes, Pogba, Greenwood; Ronaldo. Subs: Heaton, Bailly, Dalot, Lingard, Mata, Matic, Van de Beek, Martial, Sancho.
