This Sunday’s preseason friendly game v Werder Bremen will be broadcast LIVE on German Werder TV to registered subscribers.

The LIVE German coverage increases the chance the game will be streamed over the Internet in the UK to Hammers fans.

The fixture will mark the second time West Ham have faced Werder in the Club’s history, the only previous meeting taking place at the Weserstadion on 14 August 1984. The German club ran out 2-1 winners on that occasion.

The pair were scheduled to clash in a pre-season match at the Thermenstadion in Bad Waltersdorf, Austria, on 18 July 2009, only for the match to be postponed due to a heavily waterlogged pitch.

Advanced Ticket prices for 2nd August are £20 for Adults, Under-21s and Over-65s and £10 for Under-16s. Matchday ticket prices have been set as £25 for Adults, Under-21s and Over-65s and £15 for Under-16s.
