Gold appeals for missing Antonio

|

golddupeWest Ham Chairman David Gold has been duped once again on twitter into appealing for a missing person which in reality is a West Ham player.

One Hammers fan who only goes by the name ‘RepsaJ’ messaged the 79 year old Chairman last night to ask “David Gold please RT trying to raise awareness for my mate who went missing in Manchester a few weeks ago”

The message was accompanied with a photo of West Ham winger Michail Antonio who the Irons signed from Nottingham Forest in the Summer for £7m.  The photo in question was previously tweeted by the player himself back on 18th October saying “Finally got my Young Britannia stuff” that same day he tweeted “I knew it wasn’t going to be easy to break in to the premier league especially at a club sitting In 3rd place”

Antonio has made just one Premier League appearance, coming on in the sixtieth minute for Victor Moses at the Etihad when West Ham beat Manchester City 2-1.

    Moses conclusion ???
1goal 1 assist doesn’t defend more cold than hot,
Unless you are confusing him with someone else ???
He was terrible at Watford , one paper gave him a 4 !!!! The rest a 5.????
He needs to prove his worth like payet and lanzini also zarate, lol
He doesn’t make headlines like those three have so the proof is in the pudding,
I want him to do well but he has disappointed !! If he plays v Everton he needs to do well
Personally I would play Valencia if he plays carol up top cos you know he gives his all for 90 mins,

On the Gold thing, I’m more disappointed in the “fan” who was trying to catch him out, than Gold, who was only trying to help.
On the Moses/Antonio issue, I’m not yet convinced by Moses – he blows hot and cold. I’d like to see Antonio get some real playing time. Maybe he’ll have to wait until the cup.

He was bought as future investment, he will be given time when required this is Slav we’re talking about NOT fat head

Not sure how you came to the moses conclusion? Hes been one of the main threats for us going forward. Pace of valencia but moses actually looks up to see where hes going and moves the ball about with his feet. One thing I will agree with is that we need to give Antonia his chances. If we get to the end of the season and heaven forbid the Lanzini deal falls through and chelski take moses back, last thing we need is to then test him out and find out he aint prem quality.

What is puzzling about this for me is why give a player like moses who has not impressed inmost games he has played and not give our own player a crack, we all know he has the talent so why not give him a chance , we will not know if he is ready or not unless he is given a chance ? IIMO he can’t do no worse than moses,
At the end of the day its going to be a mystery unless someone at the club puts why to us supporters so we can stop the speculation !!!
    Anyone !!!!!?

My only comment is he can not looking impressive in training or Slav would have given him his chance,
Mr G needs to take a step back and think before he answers tweets,
Any time now someone will comment on how this should not be on this site and it’s a nothing column,so could you just add a recipe at the end for maybe a Ginger cake as its a hot subject,
