Gooners get big boost for Sunday

Arsenal are in good shape for the clash with the Hammers on Sunday with even long term absentee Takehiro Toiyasu apparently ready to return for his first start in three months.

The London Evening Standard claims his is set for an appearance at the London Stadium having been missing since January when he picked up an injury but he did come off the bench in last week’s win over Manchester United.

The Hammers have picked up no further injuries from the game against Eintracht Frankfurt although Craig Dawson is suspended for the game having seen red in the match at Chelsea last weekend.

Predicted Arsenal XI (4-3-3): Ramsdale; Tomiyasu, White, Gabriel, Nuno; Odegaard, Elneny, Xhaka; Saka, Nketiah, Martinelli.

Sunday 4.30pm GMT, Sky Sports

Venue: London Stadium

Referee: Chris Kavanagh
