Half Time: WEST HAM 2 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR 0

West Ham United produced 45 minutes of football the like of which we have been screaming to see all season as they took a 2-0 half time lead against 10 man Spurs.

Kaboul had been sent off for a foul on Downing and was dismissed under the last man rule by ref Phil Dowd.

The resulting corner from an Andy Carroll free kick was headed down by the big centre forward, deflected off Kane’s head and looped over keeper Lloris.

The Hammers were utterly rampant but earlier Adebayor and Paulinho saw decent opportunities result in efforts comfortably saved by Adrian.

But it was all the Hammers after that as a claret and blue tsunami swamped over the north Londoners who were facing their third defeat of the season at the hands by us.

The Irons grabbed their second when Stewart Downing fired through the wall from a free kick after Noble was hauled down by Dawson just before half time.
