Hammer Aguerd says “no” to three clubs

Nayef Aguerd is being reported as having had the chance to leave the club for one of three other clubs this summer and wasn’t interested in any of them or leaving the London Stadium.

Th Athletic claim the central defender had approaches from a Saudi Pro League side and two  European clubs.

However, Aguerd took no time at all in telling his representatives that he was happy to stay in East London.

The 27-year-old hasn’t been flawless,  has had difficult games and there have been one or two errors, but overall he’s been a real success.

That in itself is a tiny worry because ot means that January could become a tricky time for the club if interest intensifies in him.

Manchester City are now the latest club said to be keeping the Moroccan on their radar and what with Paqueta also a target we can start to believe of course the Hammers are becoming a bigger and bigger club.
