Slavia Prague Vice Chairman Tomáš Syrovátka has revealed that new signing Tomas Soucek has donated the West Ham shirt he made his Hammers debut in to the Slavia Prague museum in the Czech republic.
Writing on his Twitter page Syrovátka wrote “A very beautiful gift and a moving message from Tomas Soucek for the Slavia Musuem. His journey is paved with the power, determination, humility and will to overcome the passage that brought Tomas to the Premier League. This should inspire all players. First in another career, Captain!”
The Slavia Prague stadium tour and museum opens Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm and 1pm to 6pm on Sundays
The Stadium Tour also includes a tour of the largest football museum in the Czech Republic. The exhibition space is located on two floors, a gallery of unique football jerseys extends to the fourth floor of the most modern football stadium in the Czech Republic. More than 1200 exhibits can be seen in the Slavia Museum on more than 1200 square meters.
The Cost is 400 Czech Koruna (around £13.30) if you happen to visiting the Czech capital.
Think we may have a bit of a gem in this lad. With a mind set like that he could be a Hammer’s legion in the making.
