Hammer faces battle for Sunday cup final

Hammer Declan Rice faces a fitness battle to be available for Sunday’s game against Everton.

With four games remaining every game is a cup final for West Ham in their push for Europe.

The 22-year-old defensive midfielder is back on the grass this week and trained with the first team but is thought to be a 50/50 chance for inclusion in the matchday squad.

He will again face a late fitness test today but it is likely to be touch and go whether he gets the thumbs up.

Angelo Ogbonna also faces a late fitness test whether he will be included

The London Stadium home game will probably come too soon for Arthur Masuaku and Mark Noble who are likely to remain out of contention.

Both are scheduled to be back for Brighton away on 15th May.

David Moyes is likely to have a fully fit squad for the final three games barring any new injuries or relapses.
