Hammer goes out on loan

West Ham United goalkeeper Nathan TrottĀ has joined Danish First Division leaders Vejle on a season-long loan.

With Alphonse Areola having become number two to Lukasz Fabiansko Trott is now very much third option at the club after signing a new deal with the club in the summer.

Hs latest loan deal follows him having spent time on loan at EFL League One club AFC Wimbledon and French Ligue 2 side Nancy on the past couple of seasons.

Trott, who made his West Ham debut as a substitute in a 4-0 FA Cup fourth-round win over Doncaster Rovers at London Stadium in January 2021, has previously
