Hammers return from knocks

|

Hammer Jarrod Bowen was pictured in full training at Penny Hill Park in Surrey showing he has recovered from the small knock that kept him out the Brentford pre-season friendly in West London last weekend.

Speculation was rife of his exit when he was missing from the matchday squad only for the club to announce he had picked up a small knock in training during the week. He is expected to be available for selection this weekend for the Betway cup clash at the London Stadium.

Angelo Ogbonna posted a photo on his own Instagram account with his thumbs up at the five star hotel and spa resort.

Oggy suffered from a hamstring injury against Celtic last month but appears to be on the mend.

West Ham captain told the official site that it was a slight injury and his teammate would be back for the start of the Premier League season.
