Hammer was never going to make the grade

|

The news that Sead Haksabanovic has no future at West Ham under Manuel Pellegrini will not come as a surprise to many in the football industry. The 20-year-old was part of a deal with an agent that smoothed the way to land Marko Arnautovic as a Hammer in 2017.

The Montenegro player is reported to be one of the highest-paid Academy players rumoured to be earning £15,000 per week breaking the upper pay structure of the youth setup.

Football agent Will Salthouse is said to have been involved in the double deal that bought both Arnautiovic and Haksabanovic to West Ham and it is claimed that both players were required to be signed to sign Arnauotvic.

Early indications from training ground staff after his arrival were that Haksabanovic was unlikely to make the Premier League grade needed for the first team and the player was sent out to Malaga then Norrköping to help cut some of the Hammers losses.

Haha is it me or are we a joke seriously signing a player to sweeten a deal to bring in another player!
Feel sorry for the lad never got a chance plus by the sounds of it we didn’t want him but was happy to waste £15,000 a week on him!
West ham really have to wake up or we will get left behind!
We have been sitting still since we moved in to are new stadium it’s almost like we don’t physically know how to push on are owners and current manager seem to think spending money is the answer!
We should be a top six team by now considering villa and Newcastle have been up and down the divisions but we’re still no better then them and now we have teams like Burnley, wolves, Bournemouth, Leicester who have guts and I wouldn’t even put £10 on us picking up 3 points off any of them!
Sorry about the rant but I was looking forward to this season but unfortunately its back to square one!!
