Hammers Back In For Serie A Wing Wizard

Serie A powerhouse Juventus may part ways with Matias Soule this summer, with West Ham United once again being linked as a potential suitor for the Argentine. The Hammers were linked with the player earlier during the transfer window, but the story seemed to dissipate as quickly as it started.

Leicester City, recently promoted to the Premier League, and Roma have also shown interest in Soule. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, his departure could help Juventus fund additional transfers.

Ordinarily, I would not place too much stock in a regurgitated transfer rumour such as this; however, the Italian publication is a serious player and has a long-established reputation for getting stories right.

It’s also clear that there is so much speculation regarding West Ham potentially buying another wide man that there could be some truth in the links with the highly talented Soule. Tim Steidten is reportedly in Brazil to secure the signature of Corinthians winger Wesley but that is unconfirmed at this stage.

While Thiago Motta would prefer to retain Soule, Sporting Director Cristiano Guintoli is inclined to sell him overseas. Leicester is still interested, but it is uncertain if they will increase their offer beyond €30 million for the starlet, who had an impressive stint at Frosinone last season.

Meanwhile, West Ham might make a last-minute bid for Soule, and Roma could do the same. Should Soule leave, Juventus plans to invest in a new winger, potentially targeting Borussia Dortmund’s rapid wideman Karim Adeyemi.

if we were interested it is a massive mistake not to fight for him

this is the one that got away this window, we talk about paying 35m for duran who has a very high chance of not being worth that when he leaves, soule on the other hand is a triple to quadruple play

who cares if he is left footed, bowen can finish superbly with his right and would put in peaces with his left, play him on our left or kudus, soule play centrally

the amount of goals from midfield and creativity would be insane

the PERFECT replacement for paqueta if it all goes pair shaped

for me, not only is he the most exciting link, he is more critical than a striker – there are countless big men strikers who excel with their back to goal and link up – this is what you need in possession football and with soule, paq, kudus, bowen, guli goals and chances will NOT be in short supply

we can find an upgrade for antonio for 10m who would be perfect for the role

We need 8/10 new players if all players who want away go, we have only 3 signed & start pre season games tomorrow, the season starts Ƭn a months time, how many more players are we going to be interested in & not buy, lots of clubs not needing to rebuild like us have signed more players already & they also don’t have the same fan base as us either. Come on get the business done before the new manager walks.

Totally agree. Was very disappointed when this rumour seemed to fizzle out. Hopefully it could still happen šŸ™

This guy excites me big time! Lit up Serie A and a much safer signing than Wesley Gassanova who I’d rather someone else gambles on!

    Sign him Tim šŸ™
