Hammers bring attacker back

West Ham have recalled Armstrong Oko-Flex from his loan spell at Swansea.

BBC Sport reports that the former Celtic star is set to return to the London Stadium after the Hammers cut short his spell in Wales.

Oko-Flex made 13 appearances during his time with the Swans but only one of those was a start, and he will now be reassessed by manager David Moyes at Rush Green.

The former Celtic striker has been struggling to make an impact on the first-team since moving south of the border and has only made one senior appearance for the club.

However, he has shown signs of promise in the youth teams, scoring 13 goals in 27 games for the Under-23s.

It remains to be seen if he will be given the chance to go on loan again or whether he will have a chance to make an impact on the first-team; he remains behind Mikey Antonio and Gianluca Scamacca in the pecking order.
