Hammers can go third tomorrow night

Bournemouth and Watford did the Hammers a big favour this afternoon when the south coast side beat Everton and the Hornets staged a brilliant second half comeback to snatch a point at Vicarage Road.

Now should the Irons do the business at Villa Park tomorrow night and take three points from the game it will lift them into third place behind Manchester City and Liverpool.

Its a mouth watering prospect for the Irons who, with the exception of Michail Antonio, will be at full strength for a game which now takes on a massive meaning.

Both Everton and the Gunners were on the seven point mark ahead of their games but in losing and drawing it means the Irons can go above the pair of them along with Chelsea, Manchester United and Spurs.

Here’s the likely Hammers line-up: Fabianski, Fredericks, Diop, Ogbonna, Masuaku; Rice, Noble, Yarmolenko, Lanzini, Anderson, Haller.
