Hammers could spoil Liverpool party

Liverpool needs just one more win or draw this weekend at Anfield to equal their club record of 63 unbeaten games at home set between 19789-1981.

The last time Liverpool lost at home was against Crystal Palace in April 2017 when former player Christian Benteke came back to haunt them by scoring two goals.

Should they avoid defeat against West Ham they can go on to set a new record of 64 games unbeaten at home when they play Leciester City at Anfield on 21st November

West Ham United scored their first win at Anfield in nearly 52 years with a ruthlessly efficient display on 29 August 2015. In a terrific display from every Hammer out there, goals from Manuel Lanzini, Mark Noble and Diafra Sakho broke the 52-year barren run.

The Hammers will be hoping that they can spoil Liverpool’s record attempt and repeat that 2015  miracle this weekend and spoil Liverpool’s party.

Come on you Irons!

  1. We’ve been settling scores so far this season and fingers crossed this is another score that we can settle… Why not us?
