Hammers discuss Vlasic cut loan deal report

CandH Exclusive by Hughie Southon

Reports that on loan Nikola Vlasic is to cut short his loan spell at Torino are entirely unknown to the Hammers.

The Hammers know absolutely nothing about an arrangement that he is ready to take a pay cut in order to secure a permanent deal in January.

Torino have been reported as being ready to organise the early move and that plans are now underway to ensure that it happens.

The decision – should that be the case – would seemingly be on the back of his three goals from six games start – after being played in his favoured attacking role.

David Moyes allowed the player to leave for Torino having bought him for £25 million from CSKA Moscow but the player made little impact in his 30 appearances at all levels for us scoring just one goal.

Commenting on a possible return to West Ham ahead of a permanent January move to Torino, a key London Stadium  contact told us ” It’s news to us. You would have to ask Torino but a move in the next summer is more logical and usual in these circumstances.”
