The 25 players with a star by their name are 21 or under and have played for West Ham for two years or more so do not need to be registered in the primary 25 man squad A list. Europa allows an unlimited number of young players on the B list.

The 25 man A list squad needed to be registered with UEFA by 23rd June for the first qualifying round. West Ham have until 11th July to register further players for the second qualifying round. The club is also allowed to introduce one additional player to the A list up to 24 hours before kick off so Payet could still be a late addition to the squad.

  1. Blimey I hope Lusitans have got big benches at their little stadium

  2. I get confused by this crap.So Obiang is in it but Randolph aint or maybe i am shortsighted, longsighted or just blind

    • I think the reason they left Randolph out is they are allowed to add another goal keeper at anytime if one of three keepers gets inured. Although it implies that Randolph will not be starting in goal.

  3. Nolan is there so we are saved.

  4. Randolph & Hendrie signed on pre-contracts so ineligible for 23/6 date due to contracts not activating until window opens on 1st July. One of these 2 or Payet could be included in 24hr window prior to 2nd July.
Seems that Obiang has been given his favoured no.14 shirt, but JO’B has retained no.17 so Payet won’t get that favoured number?! Could get Nene’s old no. 12 or Demel’s old no.20?
Will Randolph get the no.1 or a high number – with Adrian insisting on his lucky no.13!
If Randolph isn’t included I can see Speigel in GK, and looks like a large number of Youth players for Thursday – Burke, Henry, Poyet, Cullen, Lee with some of the normal 1st Team players returning from injury & some bench players for the experience needed…

  5. Ok cheers lads,now i understand i think,lol

  6. So anyway.. I did a nostagia trip yesterday and installed Football Manager 2010/11 just to get an feeling on where we actually were 5 years ago and man..

Remember the names Zavon Hines, Victor Obinna, Radoslav Kovac, Frederic Pequionne, Junior Stanislas, Herita Illunga, Pablo Barrera, Lars Jacobsen, Benni McCarthy, Julien Faubert, Kieron Dyer, Luis Boa Morte, Matthew Upson, Thomas Hitzlsperger, Jonathan Spector…?? Their careers all went downhill from there.. Not to mention Robbie Keane, Ilan and the other mercenaries that came. We were truly cursed, and they got cursed with us.

I saved the names Parker and Gabbidon, liked them both.

with Avram Grant on top of it all, no wonder we went down.

  7. Haha, yeah some real average, average players amongst that lot.Nolan would have looked like Messi compared to some of them.No shock we went straight through the trap door 😉

  8. I take it you won the league with a formidable line up like that lol
Steve Lomas had looks with the flowing fiery hair and chiselled features he was a pin up and a fantastic manager in South London too lol

  9. Haha. Yeah, almost makes you long for the great days of Svetoslav Todorov and Ragnvald Soma 😛

  10. After numerous relaxation tapes and herbal tea I like Rads am reformed, no more arguing I shall embrace all visitors to discuss the virtues of 4 3 3, 4 5 1 or the lone man striker role. I shall ban myself from using any wit or sarcasm so that if any illustrious visitor visits us they are welcomed with a warm embrace a tap on the shoulder and hearty hello to our hotel of 10 rooms.

  11. Interesting that Maiga is missing though. Maybe a loan deal or pay off already lined up?

  12. Maiga is a strange one, a player with a good reputation but never delivered, maybe through bad management maybe through lack of ability I don’t know he was given opportunities but always flattered to deceive!!! I await others opinions to have a constructive debate

  13. Hmm someone has had the clockwork orange treatment lol……oops I mean yes it doesn’t look like it’ll work out for Maiga time to go…frown quietly

  14. So Leo Chambers does still exsist. Where’s he been?

  15. I thought all contracts start & finish 1st july. So that should rule out Obiany until July..
byt not to show any disrespect to this andoran pub team, on paper we should be able to beat them with any team we put out.
