Hammers favourites to sign relegated player

With Huddersfield Town’s relegation to the Championship now confirmed, rumours have already started to circulate about players who could leave them this summer.

One player who is likely to attract attention this summer is Australian international Aaron Mooy. The creative midfielder has been a key player for Huddlesfield during the club’s two seasons in the Premier League and the 2016/17 Championship promotion campaign.

The bookies have already started offering odds on possible next destinations for the 28-year-old with Newcastle United and West Ham both joint-favourites at 3/1.

With Fulham’s relegation also confirmed this evening it will only be a matter of time before Fulham players will also be linked with the Hammers.

Serbia international striker Aleksandar Mitrovic is likely to be one of those players linked with the Irons

Ryan Sessegnon and Tom Cairney are two other names that could well be linked with the Hammers as the Summer transfer window gets closer.

One comment on “Hammers favourites to sign relegated player

  1. Mooy is the only quality player in their squad that would match MP,s criteria as for the rest of the players mentioned they are not good enough Sessegnon doesn’t have the character or ability.
