Hull City officials are unlikely to obstruct Jaden Philogene’s potential move should West Ham express interest.

The Aston Villa academy alumnus contributed to 18 goals in 32 league matches last season, playing a crucial role as Hull narrowly missed the Championship play-offs. His stellar performances have attracted significant attention from scouts both in the Premier League and abroad, making him a hot prospect this summer.

Hull’s owner, Acun Ilicali, has been transparent about his approach towards his top young talents, which includes centre-back Jacob Greaves. Greaves, who earned a spot in the Championship Team of the Year, is also reportedly on West Ham’s radar.

West Ham has a notable history with Hull, having successfully signed Jarrod Bowen for £20 million. They nearly signed Keane Lewis-Potter before choosing Maxwel Cornet.

Everton is also in the race for Philogene, with manager Sean Dyche keen to offer him first-team opportunities, potentially putting them in a favourable position.
