Hammers hold interest in Championship sensation

West Ham are said to hold some interest in Bournemouth winger sensation Arnaut Danjuma.

Spanish newspaper Marca claims Liverpool want to sign the Championship sensation around £21m but have yet to make their move as yet.

Danjuma is a 24-year-old Dutch winger who signed for Bournemouth in early 2020 from Club Brugge.

The player struggled somewhat in his 14 Premier League games but has thrived in the Championship bagging  17 goals last season and adding  seven assists. Danjuma creates roughly three chances every two games, beats two players per game, and makes sure to get in two shots every time.

He doesn’t turn 25 until January next year and on the face appears to be a David Moyes type player.

He can play on left-wing, right-wing or upfront so could offer good versatility in the squad.

Whether David Moyes will progress from ‘an interest’ to a target or a possible bid remains to be seen.

  1. Scattergun rubbish.
Both our transfer policy and the ‘news’ on this website.

    • Why are u still here then after 600 odd responses – just interested. Maybe you haven’t learned that we report stuff from all over. Ah well

      • Advantage, Hugh!!

      • Because when you don’t get desperate and put up story after story of click bait guess work, it’s a good site.

      • Oh it’s hardly a comment in perpetuity. it undeniable that as things stand, both the number of players were linked with and the news stories of those links on this site are at best random, and at worst made up junk. And I know you’re a sensitive fella and often unable to let things slide, but there really is no need to get so defensive so often. It’s just exposes a side that isn’t particularly gratifying. Just take one on the chin once in a while, you’ll be better for it. Enjoy the afternoon bud!

  2. I think Danjuma would be an exciting signing – hopefully something might happen on this

  3. Trying to find a club that takes monthly instalments. Sooner these 3 stooges have gone the better .

    • if we don’t sign some decent players soon I can see us getting relegated next season there be far too many games for this thin squad to cope with in Moyes we trust I’m having my doubts

  4. Uh the last thing we need is another winger, so dunno what we would be doing looking at this guy. Can we please get a striker that is a striker.

  5. Even more speculation,,but still nothing..just different payers every day,,with no bids …1 week til kick off …sorry but you can’t defend this …villa yesterday was prim example of how to do it …..no leaks from the club is great, but its definitely more than that ,,,no leaks just seems like an excuse for having no plan at all …its just the same players on a roundabout……im a moaner, but last year I held hands up and admitted I was wrong after great season….let’s hope the pro gsb are big enough to do the same if and when it goes to **** …

  6. Anaut Danjuma is the best attacking player in the Championship, no question, could be available for around 21m, take a look at YouTube if your in any doubt. Interest from Liverpool, no point waiting for Jesse any longer so before it’s too late, please act. Get Milenkovic for CB cover, so it’s just a centre forward and if we have to wait until January, so be it but at least we’re starting to build a young, quality team for the future. Two quality players this window would be great business but they won’t come cheap.
