The Hammers will be desperate to get a result against City – HOPEFULLY a win – which would take them above the league leaders by a point on Saturday evening.
We are currently on ten points and City 12 whilst Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are away to Wolves, a game they look likely to win and take themselves to 13 points whilst Spurs look likely to pick up three at Sheffield United.
Defeat for the Hammers would see fifth placed Arsenal overhaul us in all likelihood given they have a comfortable looking away game at Everton on Sunday.
Brighton – on nine points – travel to Manchester United whilst Crystal Palace on seven points travel to Aston Villa.
It’s very much a mixed bag of fixtures but the hammers have to be hopeful given their prime form they can at least puncture City’s tearaway start to the new season.
One bonus for the traditionalists is that the Irons/City game kicks off at 3pm on Saturday.
