West Ham are being made to sweat it out as they attempt to land long time target Andre Ayew from Swansea.
Ayew has been very much on the club’s wanted list since last summer and as reported here first, the Irons have met the Welsh club’s asking price of £20 million and have agreed terms with the player.
However, since doing so we have heard nothing back from the Swans who have maintained radio silence on all fronts – along with the player, manager and his agent.
It’s an odd situation and the conclusion being arrived at is that the Swans are determined to find a replacement before allowing the 26 year old to finalise his move to the London Stadium.
We understand they are in the later stages of agreeing a deal with the former Spain international Fernando Llorente which is holding up both the Ayew move and Diafra Sakho switch to West Brom.
It’s all getting rather tiresome now . Even the Gomez story is losing legs .
And it’s all because of a failed relationship with a childish Sakho .
I think we would have signed new forwards with or without the Sakho saga Kevin.If for no other reason than our forwards awful injury record.I dont think personally I could poke up with a third season of no strikers because they are all Stijn Vandenbrouckes lab rats.

Yeah Calleri signing is great news.He looks the real deal from what I have seen of him.Now we need the Wet Pants managerial team to find him a place in their formations lol

Yesterday I heard that Swansea said they hadn’t received a bid from West Ham hard to know what’s true with the media and speculation.
