Hammers injury scare ahead of Man City clash

|
Hammers star Vladi Coufal has picked up what is described a “small injury” while on international duty ahead of the weekend clash against Manchester City.
The Irons right back didn’t join the Czech Republic  for their draw in the against Hungary yesterday, reports in his country being that he remained at home  for treatment rather than travel to Budapest for the match.
There are no details of the problem per se and with the country having no further internationals Vladi may well already be heading home in order for the club medics to take a look.Details on the nature of the injury are sketchy and West Ham medics will undoubtedly be keen to take a look at Coufal themselves to assess it.So it’s a case of fingers crossed because Vladi is by far our best option in the position with Kehrer and Johnson as possible replacements

Let’s hope Coufal will be well rested and recovered for arguably his toughest assignment of the season so far.
