Hammers keeper hunt on cards

West Ham will be hunting for a short term back up to Lukasz Fabianski in the summer with Adrian now looking certain to be on his way.

The Spanish stopper has made just five EFL and FA Cup appearances this season such has been the outstanding form of Hammer of the Year favourite Fab.

The former favourite is out of contract  in the summer and after two or three years in the Hammers shadows is now ready to move on – probably back to his homeland where we understand there is interest from a number of clubs.

Young under 23 prospect Nathan Trott is not considered quite ready to make the move up to number two and is more likely to be found a Championship loan club as he continues his development.

We were told by a well placed Hammers source; “That would see us in the market for a back up keeper who would be ready to come in on a year’s contract or even loan basis.
