Hammers kit deal dwarfed by top six

Earlier this month West Ham announced an extended deal with kit manufacturer Umbro which will extend their partnership until 2023.

The current deal with Umbro is thought to be worth £4m per year but the recent deal is thought to have bought the Hammers closer to or equal to the £6m per year from Everton receives from Umbro to manufacture their shirts.

Although there has been no confirmation of the deal value it could worth between £16m and £24m to Hammer over the next four years.

While Everton and West Ham might have the best deals outside the top six, the amounts they receive are dwarfed by the big clubs.

Manchester receives £75m per season from Adidas in a £750m 10-year deal.

Manchester City is reported to have signed a new deal with Puma worth £65m per year from this coming season.

Chelsea did a £900m deal with Nike for 15 years worth £60m per season.

Liverpool’s seven-year deal with New Balance was worth £300m or £45m per season. The deal finishes next season with Liverpool reportedly wanting £75m per season from the following season.

Arsenal’s five-year contract with Puma is worth £30m per season and Spurs new deal with Nike is also said to be worth £30m per year.

Southampton earns £4m per season from their 7-year contract with Under Armour.
