West Ham have been linked with a potential swoop for Connor Goldson from Rangers.
The club have been linked with the defender in a number of recent transfer windows.
And Football Insider now reports that there is interest in signing Goldson ahead of the January transfer window.
The 28-year-old has yet to sign a new contract at the Scottish club and his contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
That means that he could be available on a free transfer, or he could strike a pre-contract agreement with the Hammers in January if an approach is made.
Goldson is reportedly seen as a more youthful alternative to Angelo Ogbonna and Craig Dawson, who are set to be 34 and 32 by the end of the campaign.
Goldson has been a veteran for Rangers and has been with the club since 2018, making 172 appearances for the club, and he has previously featured for Brighton in the Championship.
