Hammers look nailed on to sign midfielder

Samir Nasri’s short term switch to the Irons now looks nailed on after it became clear that Jack Wilshere’s return remains very much on hold.

News emerged this morning that the £100k a week former Gunner could be out for a further five weeks and may need further surgery on the ankle other than the one he injured back in September.

And with reports that Nasri has made decent progress in training over the time he has been with the first team squad we are being told it is now odds on the former Manchester City midfielder will get the gig.

Should he do so there will be an option for the Hammers to take up another year on a player who is the type of creative individual we hoped we had signed in Wilshere.

Manuel Pellegrini is a huge fan of the player and has regularly made it clear that so long as he can shed weight and get back the PL fitness levels he wants him in the squad.

  1. Cancel Wilshere’s contract . He is never going to be the player everyone hoped he would become and congratulations to Arsenholes for off loading another muppet to us ! We didn’t need him in the first place and from what we have seen he makes Noble look half decent . Harness Nasri and he is twice the talent that Wilshere or Noble could ever have wished to be .

  2. Excellent news, in that we obviously still haven’t hit the FFP limit😄

  3. Personally I don’t like negative comments about our players . Wilshere May recover and be what we expected . Nasri if he gets fit will help us & I hope he is successful with us he is a talent . That’s why Pelligrini always talks about the squad and not just the team he knows the importance of a back up plan. Keep playing well lads I believe in you. COYI ⚒

  4. I’d just like to see Bubbles comment on here without mentioning Noble. No matter what the subject he will get in a dig at Noble. It’s bordering on unhealthy obsession.

    • i agree with you. bubbles is a bore on every forum.
only has 1 agenda, and that is to slag Noble. nobody in the epl is crap. you don’t play in that league if you are crap. it’s a shame that small people feel they need to bring down better people to make themselves sound important.regardless of your opinion of hid footbsll, Nobes has sweat blood for the club and is an amazing captain. won 4 in a row since he came back in…but “boreballs” would never mention that.

anyway, keep up the good work on this sight and COYI, make it 5.

    • Perhaps Bubbles was kept out of his school team by Noble …

  5. Nasri at 40k a week could be good, I hoe we can do a deal for Joao Mario he grafts as well and is frozen out at inter
