Hammers looking at transfer window jackpot

|

Johnson’s form halted talks

West Ham are planning to raise a jackpot of  least £130 million for player investment from the sale of at least two of last season’s  squad.

With Declan Rice virtually at the point of joining Arsenal for £105 million, the club are also looking at raising more funds from the sale of  and Ben Johnson.

Meawhile Lanzini has been linked with a  move back to River Plate or to Turkish outfit Beskitas following the expiration of his contract.

Johnson meanwhile is being seen as a  departure and the Hammers would be looking for a minimum of £10 million with Everton boss Sean Dyche keenly interested and – according to reports – Arsenal.

The pot could go even higher if Gianluca Scamacca and Michail Antonio move on as many expect with a ceiling of nearly £200 million available to the manager alongside his new technical director Tim Steidten who will  have plyers he wants to  bring into the club
