Hammers looking for favours

|

West Ham will be looking for Aston Villa to do them a favour when they take on Wolves at Molineux later today (Sat).

Wolves sit one place behind the Hammers in eighth place just two points down on us with victory putting them above us – until tomorrow afternoon at least.

Villa, meanwhile, are on 36 points along with another midlands outfit Leicester City who have two games in hand on them and three on us.

The Foxes are away to Manchester United in the 5.30pm kick off which we would want them to win given the Old Trafford team are just two points in front of the Hammers with a game in hand.

The Irons will go into tomorrow’s game against Everton knowing however that they are in no position to drop many more points more before the end of the season if they are to reclaim a top six place despite having some tough tests ahead of them.
