Hammers looking to recruit this summer

West Ham are looking to recruit a number of positions in and around the first team this summer.

They are looking for a player care manager to assist the Head of Player Care by helping manage the player care provision and be the link between the players and management staff

Assistant First Team Physiotherapist – Job Description

A first-team performance analyst is sought to communicate effectively with colleagues, display a high level of knowledge of football tactics and demonstrate the technical ability required to work with industry-specific software, as well as being able to deal with the time-pressured demands in an elite level environment. Key Responsibilities: • Presenting detailed and informed analysis to management and coaching staff. • Providing coaching staff with in-game and post-match tactical analysis. • Support the preparation for matchday and including the filming or coding of First Team Matches where required. • Analyse, interpret and report specific insights into individual patterns and trends of play. • Liaise with the first team coaching staff to produce feedback on individuals, units and the team.
