  1. What a remarkable point.

It sound like we should be luck not being the PL having a loss?
What about City and Chelsea’s loss? Why aren’t they relegated?
These numbers are far from a story, and you could spin any way you want with them.

And Hugh, where do you want to go with these frequently posted news about how much we have spent, and much loss we have?

My opinion is this is to soften the outcome of what will happen in January.
Board will take their 40m and there will be nothing left to either sack a manager of invest in a footballer good enough to play in the PL.
In other words, the club can publish a loss, but the owners keep getting richer.

    • You may not have noticed these are Sean’s posts – he does financial stuff. We aren’t going anywhere other than reporting what we find

      • Fair enough, when I say Hugh I address all of you 😀

Well my point is, it’s good research but what do you want other than post some numbers?

Or don’t you dare to criticize G&S?

        • If you wish to continue criticising me for no reason other than what’s in your own imaginings despite me attempting to treat you with courtesy, we can sort that out very quickly. I have no time for such pathetic and childish jibes. Your call. I am not “all” and I didn’t write it so once again you make little sense.

  2. Togstr,
The figures relate to PL inception up to 2018.
In our case that is 20 seasons of PL football.
£65.8m divided by 20 = £3.29m per season loss averaged.
The David’s are our 3rd owners in that period.
As somebody once said “ there are lies, damned lies and then there are statistics”………..
Read into that what you will, but always better to read the full article before venting your spleen!
