West Ham and Chelsea are today being reported as being neck and neck in the race for hugely gifted Luis Guilherme, who is also being scouted by other top Premier League and European clubs.

The 17-year-old has played 26 senior games so far this season – an extraordinary number for one so young, making two assists along the way.
