Hammers may need two results today
West Ham will be looking for two decent results today (Sat) in order to avoid falling down the Premier League table.
The Irons meet Arsenal of course tomorrow with the Gunners currently sitting in in third place behind third place behind Liverpool and Manchester City.
The Hammers will be watching results at White Hart Lane where Brighton are the visitors and at the City Ground where Newcastle meet Nottingham Forest.
The Seagulls arrive at Spurs a point behind the Irons with a goal difference four superior to ours so only a defeat would ensure the Hammers didn’t slide into eighth place behind the end of the day.
Meanwhile, Newcastle need to win at Forest as they are three points behind us with an 11 goal superior goal difference.
The Hammers will probably also be looking for Aston Villa to beat Manchester United in the midlands as a victory over the Gooners would see us move back into seventh place.
