Hammers off to Cork

corkWest Ham flew off to Cork at 9.30am this morning for a six day training camp.The Hammers are expected to spend the next week in the Republic of Ireland in County Cork in a build up to their first Europa eague match on 2nd July in Andorra.

Like 2012 the squad will train up to three times each day with sessions split between the pitch, swimming pool and gym. The trip is likely to include a behind the door friendly with Cork City.

They are expected to stay five star Fota Island Golf Resort.
