West Ham could make a loan move for Monaco forward Henry Onyekuru
The Nigerian winger who can play up front has made just four appearances in Ligue 1 so far.
Monaco is reported to be willing to accept a €1.5m (£1.3m) loan fee for the remainder of the season that will include a €5.5m (£4.9m) purchase option.
Primarily a left-winger, the star has played for the likes of Galatasaray, on loan, and Anderlecht in recent seasons and has scored a total of 57 senior goals in 152 games across his various clubs.
Onyekuru was on the books at Everton between 2017 and 2019 but did not play a single game for the Merseyside club, and it seems he could well potentially return to the top flight.
Onyekuru is said to prefer a move to Galatasaray but the Turkish club have yet to make a move for him in this transfer window so he will start listening to offers from elsewhere.
Not being funny, but We should have held on to Hugill. He just got a brace this last weekend. When Norwich get promoted and play us next season,He’ll probably score against us.
My god ..no comment
Yeah, nah…. If you want to throw away £1m+, I’ll have it 🙂
No thanks .
I think Martial came from Monaco, the next Thierry Henri. No thanks, we are in no rush.
Hard to see how he is better than our u23’s, if he is not good enough for Monaco then he is unlikely to do well in the PL.
Its a no from me!
Stick don’t twist!
Smoke & mirrors . West ham will sign somebody out of the blue & off the radar . After our recent performances the PL is starting to take notice of our potential to upset the top six .
Bodes well for our club but is wrought with danger also . Our’s and other clubs are in a dangerous position thanks to Sky News and it’s ambition to control the Football League .
….Pass.
