Exclusive by Hugh Southon

West Ham season ticket holders have snapped up first leg tickets for the semi final against Eintracht Frankfurt at the speed of light.

Tickets went on sale at 10 am this morning and Claret and Hugh has learned that 13,000 were sold within an hour.

Whilst tickets will be available until April 20 there are going to few if any left at the rate they are selling and the key is to ensure that fans of the German fans do not buy at our end.

Tickets for the Sevilla and Lyon games went within two or three days s0 the same is happening again and they could all disappear even sooner.

David Moyes and the club are appealing for the same level if not greater level of support as we have seen throughout the Euro campaign.

Meanwhile Data analysts FiveThirtyEight have crunced th numbers and make us second best to win the competition with FC Leipzig the favourites
