Hammers set for Cup boost

The Hammers are confident that Pedro Obiang will be available for action tomorrow night against Spurs.

The 26 year old has been missing since sustaining a calf strain in the match against Brighton and few would question that his absence has been felt in midfield.

However, we are told he has been training well and has a great chance of making the match.

It would be a surprise were Andy Carroll’s much touted return were to happen until later in November with the striker still not in full training with the first team.

Meanwhile, Spurs – beaten at Wembley by Manchester City last night on a shocking Wembley surface- are likely to bring a much changed team to the London Stadium as they prepare for an important Premier League match at Wolves on Friday night.

The other fourth round ties being played tomorrow evening are Arsenal v Blackpool, Chelsea v Derby County and Middlesbrough v Crystal Palace.
