West Ham have today denied that they are interested in bringing Montpellier’s Ryad Boudebouz to the London Stadium.
The Hammers have been regularly linked with the Algerian midfielder over the last few days but we were told today the Irons had no interest in the player.
Montpellier were initially reported to be willing to let him leave and West Ham were thought to be interested at a price of around 15 million euros but that was categorically denied this afternoon by a club source.
We were told: “There’s no interest at this end although we are still looking and may not necessarily have finished all our business at this stage.”
With that, Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez has a free run at the player although France Football claim Real Betis have made a move for him with an offer of €7m.

I think Ryad for the money is a great player and his stats show that with mist chances created in all of Europe play AM And RW main would heko Lanzini and cover for Antonio and for the price could get for £11m I think sell on Snod and if Feghouli really is going he is great option. We need more creativity for Chicharito and others. 11 goals 9 assists 117 chances created 70 plus hit tgt.
And he wants a move, Keita Baldr doesn’t want to come and will cost £28m.
I hope they are just being coy and putting in £10m bid as we speak bc he could be Payet but actually wants to leave Payet didn’t but Marseille needed money.
If he has half impact here that had in Ligue 1 he would be worth it. And Montpellier players seem to work out in premier.
Can cover CF and CM too add him and a CB in mid 20s w experience and I’m happy.
Neve heard of him before,never seen him play in France, never seen him play for Algeria.Guess that puts me in a position of strength to say we should definately sign him as hes quality & not signing him would be a massive mistake.
