Hammers uncertainty on Antonio

|

West Ham appear to be as uncertain about Michail Antonio’s future at the club as the rest of us.

We reported earlier that he had allegedly received a £9.5 million offer over two years to join an unnamed Saudi Arabian club.

And that was not denied when we put it on London Road sources this morning who left the distinct impression that there was a chance it could happen.

Mikey has been linked with moves for several months now but it had been believed the Saudi Arabian option had faded following Scamacca’s move.

We asked our key contact whether that remained the case but were surprised by an answer which appears to leave the move still open.

It seems that David Moyes has yet to decide whether to allow the move to go through or knock it on the head and possibly leave himself with an unhappy player.

In the meantime our source explained that they are looking at strikers although Moyes has already claimed there are few out there which interest him.
