Hammers U21s get testing last 32 draw

The Hammers U21s will meet Colchester United in the the last 32 of the Bristol Street Motors Trophy .  This will be a real test for the lads as they take on a League Two side currently sitting in 17th position. This is the first time since 2020/21 with three group-stage wins.

The U21s beat Bristol Rovers, Newport County, and Cheltenham Town to top Group H with a 100 per cent record and should they make it into the last 16 it will be a historic moment as it has never happened before. Due to our involvement in the last 32, our Premier League International Cup match against GNK Dinamo Zagreb has been moved to Friday 19 January 2024.

A date, as well as ticket details, for our fixture against Colchester United will be announced in due course. The tie is set to take place w/c 4 December and it will show us exactly how ggood this cyyrent group of academy prospects have become.
