CandH Exclusive by Hugh Southon
West Ham’s 4-1 victory over Queens Park Rangers was the perfect result as the squad prepared to resume the season on the 20th of the month.
And it will have put both Sebastian Haller and Michail Antonio in particularly good heart as they weighed in with a goal apiece.
With the team believed to be ready for a match against Palace and possibly Arsenal ahead of the restart, the result against the south west Londoners was the ideal start.
Despite the strange clampdown on news of the match from the club’s media department – who may just be a little over sensitive to supplying simple information – we can reveal that Haller and Antonio were joined by Albian Ajeti and Arthur Masuaku on the score sheet.
Unsurprisingly, and as is the case in normal times, the manager is correctly keeping formations and tactics under wraps but we are glad to have brought you the scorers despite the best efforts of some to keep everything as weirdly quiet as they can!
I thought it was Fornals who scored, not Masuaku?
I am a 71 year old pensioner. West Ham have not contacted me ref my refund ? 11/06/20.
Are there others ?
So we are in for a shock – Hammers saved from relegation by crucial goals from Ajeti and Masuaku
