Hammers want Brazilian

According to reports the Hammers  are being linked with Brazilian footballer Jonas.

The 30 year old  who plays for Valencia could be surplus to requirements at the end of the season and ourselves, est Bromwich Albion and Cardiff City are all said to be tracking the South American striker.

The Brazilian international is on the verge of being issued with an Italian passport meaning he wouldn’t need a work permit to play in England.

Jonas has only represented Brazil on eight occasions and therefore it would be unlikely he would be granted a work permit unless he was given an EU passport.
