West Ham will stump up the £20,000 – £30,000 fine they re likely to receive for “failing to control their players” during the Mark Noble red card incident.
Although the FA cleared the captain of any wrong doing in the so called challenge on Danny Ings for which he was dismissed the ruling body have hit them with the second charge.
And the Hammers decided that rather than appeal they would accept the punishment and move on rather than get into a debate with the body via an appeal.
In breaking the news to ClaretandHugh exclusively a very well placed source said the club didn’t believe anything could be achieved by challenging the FA decision.
And he added that he and everybody at the club was simply relieved that Noble’s red card had been rescinded and that on the secondary issue, the club was in breach of the rules.
He said: “There is slight mitigation but we are guilty. We’ll get a £20/30k fine. New rules came in this season and we breached them.
“We can accept that it’s an emotional game of course but players have to show the way to behave to supporters and set an example. It’s not the West Ham way to behave badly. It’s also pointless because the referee never ever changes his mind!”
It certainly makes you feel that way 74 and no matter how much money you put in for educating officials and training of them ( this is in place anyway ??? You Would like to think)
Bottom line is he comes from Manchester and everyone knows the history between them and us supporter wise !!!lol. And as a human being he is and will be bias to the point of cheating !!!! Fact !!!!! I mean the police the politicians the banking cartels are all corrupt
And has been proven !!!! All refs who are involved in football have a team they follow like the bias journals !! So maybe if their team was made public then they ( the FA ) may act accordingly to award matches that do not conflict !!! That is a hyperthetical question I know

What is needed is a independent ref watch not attached to the FA.with powers granted by the FA to act on any discrepancy and have the power also to ban refs with a poor
rating such as Taylor and friend etc, and impose fines !!!!
This of course would not ever be allowed because the FA would lose control in an area
That they can benefit from ??? If you know what I mean !!!
What will happen is that we are and always will be at the mercy of a power full organisation
That will do whatever it likes and whenever it likes to achieve whatever it likes and

He is an awful ref,but who knows,maybe he might right some wrongs after the last match where we was no better than useless.Wont hang my hat on it though,he will probably stiff us again 😉

With all of the ref’s out there how can we have a ref twice in the space of 5 games? How can we be given a ref who causes controversy every time he ref’s us?
I am not one prone to conspiracy theories but does anyone else feel like this is a statement by the FA to us that they are in charge and will do whatever they like?
This is a ridiculous scheduling of officials and I can’t see how it can be anything other than a deliberate stark message to WHU from the FA.
Yes we broke the rules but the Ref made 2 very bad decisions and if we did that at work we would probably loose our job,
The problem is if the Ref had not made that bad decision then the players would not have reacted so no problem,
We need to start training officials at an early age who are physically fit have good eye sight,
Know the rules,and do not get involved emotionally in the games,
The money in the game makes this not impossible,
When the red card was rescinded Ings should have been brought up on charges for faking a injury,last night Smalling was yellow carded for nothing and the player who dived hold now be carded for cheating,
I think the new rules limit the number of players ‘remonstrating’ with the Referee to two or three, but the rules are balmy – what are you supposed to do when the Ref makes a blatantly wrong decision, as in Noble’s case, it just doesn’t make sense!
Ref’s make mistakes – but the FA doesn’t accept that – in their eyes the Ref is always right even when he’s ‘wrong’ – balmy!
