Hammers welcome back key players

New boy Jordan Hugill has been added to the squad from the match against Crystal Palace which today travels to the south coast for the crucial clash against Brighton and Hove Albion.

The £10 million signing from Preston North End could feature at some stage although it will be interesting to see iof manager David Moyes sticks with the promising link-up between Joao Mario and Chicharito.

The boss is also able to welcome back Winston Reid and Michail Antonio to his squad with the defender recovering from injury and the Hammer of the Year having been forgiven after his breach of disciplinary rules  last weekend.

Antonio probably won’t start but the squad looks stronger than it has for some time and that will be reinforced for the Watford game by the return of Marko Atnautovich

  1. Nice to have some good news for a change after all the unsavoury happenings over the past week or so….
Have a great match lads ….3 points will put the icing on the cake …but I won’t be disappointed with a draw….COYI..

  2. Starting line up for Brighton:
    Adrian
    Zabaleta, Collins, Ogbonna
    Byram, Rice, Noble, Creswell
    Kouyate
    Mario, Chicharito

With Anonio, Fonte and Hudgie off the bench to clinch the winner…

Dreaming of Bubbles in the air!!

  3. Really hope that Mario and Chich do combine, my fear is Chich is not a 1 only striker, he needs help to feed off. 3 pts would be fantastic and very achievable but, 1pt is better than none.

  4. The key players are Arnoutovic and Lanzini.Till we get them back its gonna be a case of grinding it out and nicking points.

    • No creativity today.Dire performance which is what you get when you do not invest in the transfer window when half your team is missing.Time those 2 senile idiots sold up to someone who can move us forward,

  5. ‘Looks ‘ was the key word in that final sentence. Appearances can be deceptive. What a stinker.
