“West Ham will be too strong at home for Sunderland”

|

harryHarry Redknapp has told the Talksport Jim White radio Show that he believes West Ham will beat Sunderland at the weekend.

“West Ham on Saturday looked very good,” Redknapp said. “The big problem is Aaron Cresswell will be suspended, so they’ll miss him, but I still think West Ham will be too strong at home for Sunderland. I think Sunderland have it all to do.”

Redknapp was also guest on BT Sport on Saturday and blasted the decision to send Cresswell off telling viewers: “It was a ridiculous decision, how can you send someone off for that? It was disgusting. It was an innocuous challenge – two players running towards each other. He could have ruined a great performance from West Ham with that sending off, but they kept going and it was a great result for them.”

Later when Bilic was interviewed post match on BT sports he joked to Redknapp: “I learnt it all from you boss”

Im confident about Sat.My only fear is Defoe to have a good day.Apart from him they dont offer much.Van Aanholt is pretty good going forward but shocking defensively
3 at the back with Ant left wing back,Feghouli right wing back.We should have more than enough to beat them imo.

So long as the players don’t think it will be easy because without a recognised full back in the team we are going to have to dig in again and outwork them. The only thing in our favour is that Sunderland haven’t shown anything so far but that’s not to say they won’t, like every team treat a match at our new stadium as a cup final, fingers crossed like against Palace they will misfire and we will be bang on it COYI !!!
