Here’s the Birkirkara danger man

|

miccFormer Italy international Fabrizio Miccoli looks the Birkirkara danger man to watch when Maltese outfit step out at Upton Park tonight.

The 36 year old  was in great form as the team beat Armenian outfit Ulisses in the last round and  midfielder Rowen Muscat declared: “We have written another chapter in the club’s history by setting up a tie against top English side West Ham,”

After finishing third in the league and lifting the cup for the fifth time, Birkirkara invested heavily this summer – signing the former Perugia, Juventus, Benfica, Fiorentina, Palermo and Lecce forward  deal on a 12-month contract.

Muscat, told www.uefa.com  “Getting through to the next round of the Europa League after playing only two competitive matches [this season] is quite an achievement in itself.

“Progressing – and scoring three goals away from home – is a big thing. We are delighted with the performance and the way we approached this match. Now we must remain focused for next week and [the trip to] West Ham.”

From that picture, it looks like he’s personally sponsored by McDonalds – and partakes of a lot of the sponsor’s product.

But then Kevin Nolan always looks like he’s the poster boy for the Greggs Platinum Loyalty Card, so we shouldn’t really comment…..

You’re right to say it Demon and we should have the same fear our opposition has when Nolan is named on our teamsheet, mind you the closest he gets to being an Italy international is when he’s eating a cornetto after a lovely spag bol lol
Like the sound of being called top English side West Ham ,I’ve got a lot of time for young/old Rowen Muscat lol
