    Jerks was not the difference
Lanzini was the class on the pitch it made Valencia and Antonio more confident and Carroll gave the something to worry about,
Tomkins proved his class again having to move to accommodate Jenkinson,
Fickle is used by people who sit on the sidelines and make a comment after they know the result Rick,
We are here daily debating our club and probably entertains the sidelines
4 defeats half way through the season 11 points from the drop, bring back the HIPPO
Don’t think so and great entertainment again it’s always a white knuckle ride being a Hamm ear but I would not have it any other way
HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL AND LETS GIVE IT TO THE GOONERS
Loose 4-0 to the saints Humbug

With Jenkins at right back where he should be and lanzini and Carroll in the team we transformed into a team that carried an attacking threat. Antonio was also excellent. What he lacks in quality is more than made up for by effort. He is still learning and when he gets a bit more premier league experience he will only improve This should keep the anti – fans quiet for awhile.

Yeah I know Bubs….hence my fair play comment. Couldn’t believe he’d do that and didn’t agree with it. Utter madness. My point with John was Hendrie/Jenks.. Now he’s put Tomkins at LB….

  • bubs says:

WHU647580 wrong again Jenks playing Left back,
    HT 0-1 OG Jenkinson
    Point made
He can not go forward on the left because he goes inside every time,
It took the Saints 5 min to work Antonio out he is a one trick pony,
Still think we can gat a result but we need to push Noble if he stays on and Kouyate more forward to put pressure on their midfield and the forwards need to work harder,
Just heard the positive changes to the team,
Noble and Antonio are lucky now prove me wrong
Come on Jenks prove me wrong

F me…..fair play, Hugh mentioned Jenks at LB in earlier article, thought it was a typo lol
He’s got it bang on there.

  • johnham1 says:

Playing Jenks is the greatest risk of all. My point is Hendrie is a better fullback than Jenks. I have not seen much of Hendrie but I certainly have seen more than I want to of Jenks – this is certainly enough basis for anyone with a football mind.

  • WHU647580 says:

Jenks would play RB….Ogbonna has played LB many times before at previous clubs, certainly wouldn’t of risked Hendrie from the off against Saints.

    • WHU647580 says:

If Jenks plays LB that would be bizzare unless Tomkins stays RB? Only way I can see it happening in order to keep Oggie/Ginger together.

  • johnham1 says:

Sorry just cannot believe Jenks and Noble starting, Bilic, Hendrie is a far better full back than Jenks. However this was the time for Oxford. You have disappointed us with this team selection. I sincerely hope you know what you are doing because for me this was the game to be brave, put Oxford, Hendrie and Obiang in..

    • WHU647580 says:

How is Hendrie better than Jenks, Hendrie is a LB, Jenks is a RB, just curious that’s all as different positions and we’ve barely seen Hendrie.

  • bubs says:

So is Jenkinson playing right back or left ( right wing would be good )
    Great moral boost for Hendrie,
    Fingers crossed
How many minutes can Lanzini and Carroll play ?
If a forward get injured in the first minute do we risk either of them ?
