Hernandez takes his time

Javier-Hernandez-007West Ham are continuing their hunt for a minimum of two strikers whilst being ready to listen to all realistic offers for Andy Caroll and Diafra Sakho.

The Hammers have learned that Javier Hernandez is in no rush to decide his future but continue in talks with the Bayer Leverkusen striker’s agents.

The Irons board is read to push the boat out to over £100k a week to meet the former Manchester United striker’s wage demands and whilst there are no others in the field officially the 29 year old will wait until deciding his future.

With the scarcity of world class strikers he knows he is in a strong position despite him managing just 11 Bundesliga goals last season after hitting the net 17 times in his first campaign.

Meanwhile the Irons would be ready to offload both Carroll and Sakho but there are no offers or inquiries given the pair’s shocking injury records.

  1. Realistic offers for China Doll & Sak The back 😂
I would love to know what the club view as realistic.Carroll is going nowhere he will be haunting us until his contract ends.

  2. Realism is not a word I think applies to our owners. Meanwhile we’re ****ing off our own players, as well as ****ing off potential targets by saying their 2nd or 3rd choice.

If its not the owners then the media dept need a good looking at.

  3. Sakh’s back’s cracked.

  4. Do you want your dummy put back in your mouth Ray.Friggin hell some of you are thick believing everything you read then blaming the owners. But oh no now its the media department.

You just couldn’t make up some of this ****!!!

  5. Would love to see Hernandez sign for us.

Carroll’s headstone will read, “If only…”

The two issues with Sakho are: is his back finally sorted and can he get his head straight?

Lewin has his work cut out.

  6. I would rather we started with not a single new signing than a load of old tut bought in at the last minute as punts by Sullivan, I think Sully has to look at himself and ask is he the reason we are not able to get deals done for any big players, the only one you could argue was a big name was Payet and no one knew much about him before we signed him, Ayew we could have had on a free contract the season before but at that time we weren’t prepared to pay the salary instead he has cost 20.5m and presumably the same or slightly more salary, I am a fan of the owners but if you keep doing the same things and getting the same results you need to at least analyse why you are not getting the results that you want.

    • Or maybe big players have better offers. We are not a glamourous proposition are we.No europe and middle table last season. Its only my view but i think it is turning in to a cheap shot to blame sully for everything. Its the same with signings,if they crash and burn they are sully punts and if they are a good buy it was nothing to do with him.I dont particularly care for the fella but to always lay the blame at his door is shallow.
Im not saying you do it no32 but it is the MO of some lol

      • Hi Stan its a fair comment based on the post, like I said I am a fan of the owners and am basing it not on this window which we are still very early in but in general on all of the windows, I think Brady should manage the transfers, my gut feeling right or wrong is that Sully has a system for dealing with transfers and that we mostly fail to attract our targets, I agree completely that we are not an attractive proposition this season, mid table with an average points total and no European prospects which is why I don’t want to see a flurry of average players flood in during this window, we need top players that will start games not reserves, I think although its a gamble if we cannot get that top quality we are better waiting until January, it will be disappointing but we have to think long term imho anyway.

  7. why do some take what the media say as gospel? The owners have keep quiet the summer but still they are abused. From what I have read on here is that our targets will only be made available when their clubs have signed replacements. As for waiting until this summer to sign Ayew would have been madness, we needed a striker last season. How loud would some fans have screamed if we did wait & then ended up missing out this summer? the usual accusation of trying to do this on the cheap. He was unlucky to get injured in the first game & needed time to regain fitness, he was starting to score a few towards the end of the season.

    • You are banging your head against a brick wall with some essexiron. They love fake news lol

    • I be Wet Pants must be close to imploding by now aint they essex 😂😂😂

      • Or even “I bet”.I not be Wet Pants,not yet anyway 😁

        • They take what they read as gospel Essex because it suits their agenda. Simples.

I got as far as the headline of Iain Dales article on wetpants about him having a squeaky bum and I thought this article isn’t for me 😂😂

          • Im glad im not the only one who read the headline and it took my mind to a place it didn’t want to be young john lol

  8. Its good to see one or two of them prove their ignorance by believeing Iains article will be blasted on here.it just goes to show how dense some of them are if they believe fans on here like the board.
No but we have no need to repeat ourselves like some Originals lol

  9. Like i give a shyte what some of them think Stan.Only ever read HHs articles during the season & i like them. What some of their users think of me i couldnt give a flying. They have already told us we are illiterate ignorant pigs on here so what else is there too say 😂😂
Anyway i got bricks to lay, they can carry on laying eggs 😁

    • I think you lot are far from illiterate or ignorant pigs chief…i dont know who said that but i would consider them far more ignorant…

  10. I think its a strange concept that some supporters cant get a handle of…..that you can dislike the new stadium…you can dislike the Gollivans..without the need to mention it everday….
    But everyone is different..

  11. Everyone should read the other sites comments. If nothing else it will help you keep your sense of perspective and level headedness. To read grown men spouting such utter drivel is embarrassing. Fish wives come to mind.

    • Yeah I haven’t braved it all window I will probably risk a look nearer the end of the window.

      • The worm has turned, less and less of them put up with the minorties fairytale posts and agenda laden poo.For that i applaud them lol

  12. Have any of you noticed that Dan Coker only ever gets i agree posts.I will tell you why because if youre not a face on there but an infrequent user if you disagree with what he says you mysteriously get blocked.I got blocked for disagreeing with him and then a pal of mine did the same.Surprise, surprise, the same result a ban!!!
