Holland set for Oxford

Nathan Holland has been included in the squad which travels to Oxford United this evening!

The under 23s left winger has been in scintillating form over recent games and we have been told that he is likely to play some part in the Carabao Cup game.

It would represent a big breakthrough for the youngster who has been tipped as the next big Hammers youth prospect for many months.

He was responsible for a great goal and two assists in the weekend game against Middlesbrough on Teeside as the under 23s made it 15 undefeated games on the bounce.

The decision will be well received by Hammers fans although few other details of the sort of team or squad will be making its way to the Kassam Stadium this evening.

But we understand Ryan Fredericks will not be involved although Wilshere, Diop, Haller, Fornals and Cresswell are likely to be on the coach.
