Pedro scored his first ever Hammers game

Hart: Absolutely no chance with the goal, saved by the post on another occasions but barely tested beyond that 5

Zabaleta: Class act every game. Never extended but that maybe because his vast experience and ability is ahead of the game 7

Reid: Quiet afternoon and rarely troubled – satisfactory outing 5

Fonte: Generally quite competent but a couple of daft challenges in dangerous areas 5

Cresswell: Lost out for the cross which brought the equaliser and once again leaving plenty to be desired 4

Antonio: Neatly taken goal and refuses to be beaten to the ball – or off it -at any time – fine performance 8

Kouyate: Quietly okay but still not tearing any trees up 5

Lanzini: Growing into things again and involved in all the clever passing stuff which is increasing because of his presence 7

Arnautovic: Offered little in the first half and subbed for the superb Obiang in the second 4

Carroll: Awful again. Nothing in his locker during 25 mins on the pitch before sent off in appalling circumstances 2

Chicharito: Lovely twisting and turning – really stating to look the part so not happy when subbed in second half 7

SUBS

Obiang: Superb – showed real class in all areas. A real “keep me out performance” 8

Sakho: Arrived late as the ten men tired – worked hard but got little service in circumstances 4

Oh what a delight not to have to slag of Noble . If this performance does not convince Bilic that he is awful and a liability nothing will .

AND next up, players that have shown something actually get a chance! IE,Obiang, Sakho and Masuaku

  • JRS says:

Why is Masuaku not starting wither at LB or LM!!!

  • JRS says:

I’d put Lanzini LM and Masuaku LB. Sahko up w Chic & keep the rest the same!

  • doc66 says:

Definitely not. Lanzini needs to be in the middle pulling the strings. He’d be wasted on the left especially when we have what looks like a natural left wing player in Masuaku. He is 300 times better than Marko and should start on the left. Seems to play well with Cressie behind him but would like to see Bilic move back to 3 at the back.
